CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 19(FIN) "An Act relating to pesticides                                        
and broadcast chemicals; and providing for an effective date" was read                              
the second time.                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
bill be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                              
objection, it was so ordered.
